A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Barcelona for the Meeting. Early booking is highly recommended. All room rates are in € (Euro), per room and night including breakfast, local taxes, service charge and VAT.

Payment and Guarantee Deposit followed by full hotel pre-payment is required. Your booking will only be accepted once deposit has been received and fully guaranteed upon full payment.
Full prepayment by bank transfer
If you are unable to pay by credit card please choose the payment method 'Bank Transfer' below in order for you to proceed with your registration. All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the participant. Bank transfers are not allowed after 29 September 2011. We regret that no personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Cancellation of hotel reservation:
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Travel. Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until 29 August 2011 and the total amount will be refunded less a handling fee of EUR 60. Should you cancel your reservation after 29 August or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show costs. If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation. Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Travel has received your hotel pre-payment. If you choose not to make your hotel request at the same time you register you are welcome to send your hotel request at any preferred time by e-mailing it to us. Kindly note that there are limited numbers of rooms available. Congrex Travel cannot guarantee room reservation for hotel requests received after 29 August.
